The honest part
Sometimes the answer is "your roof is fine."
A cracked $12 vent boot causes the same ceiling stain as a failed roof. One of those costs you four hundred dollars. The other costs twelve thousand. We're paid to tell you which one you actually have.
- If the repair will hold five more years, we tell you and we do the repair.
- If your roof is genuinely finished, we say so in writing — with photos — and we don't quote you a replacement.
- Want a replacement quote anyway? We'll refer you to a licensed installer and stay out of it.

We're a service-area business — there's no showroom, because a roof repair never happens in one. We run both the west side and the east side, Wayne through Oakland into Macomb. If you're outside this list, call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth our drive.

This name is new. The license isn't.
We launched this brand in 2026, so there is no wall of reviews here — and we are not going to borrow anyone else's. Instead, here is what we put in writing before we touch your roof. Hold us to it.
The price is fixed before we start. You get the flat rate from the published price book in writing. The invoice matches it. If we find something underneath, we stop and re-quote — we never add it to the bill afterward.
You see the finished work. Every repair ends with a photo report — before, during and after — emailed to you the same day. You should never have to take a roofer's word for what happened up there.
The warranty is on paper. One year on spot repairs, three years on slope work, five years on flashing. If the same spot leaks again inside that window, we come back at no charge.

Do I need a permit for a roof repair in Michigan?
Generally no. Ordinary repairs are exempt from building permits under the Michigan construction code, and most local municipalities don't require a roofing permit for them. Full replacements are a different story — in a city like Westland a replacement permit runs roughly $315 to $370. Staying repair-only keeps almost every job we do out of the permit process, which is part of why we can be at your house this week.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Michigan licenses roofing under the Residential Maintenance & Alteration contractor category through LARA, and any residential repair over $600 in combined labor and materials legally requires it. We carry that license (2101214735), $1M general liability, and workers' compensation. Ask for the certificate — we'll email it before we arrive.
Why do you charge for a diagnostic when other roofers inspect free?
Because a free inspection isn't free — it's a sales call, and it's paid for by the replacement they hope to sell you. Our $189 diagnostic buys you an hour of actual leak tracing and an honest written answer, and it's credited in full toward the repair if you book the same visit.
What's the warranty?
One year on spot repairs, two to five years on flashing, valley, and slope work, depending on scope. It's written on your invoice. The one exception: if we've already documented your roof as end-of-life and you ask us to patch it anyway, that repair is warranty-excluded and you'll sign an acknowledgment saying so.
What if my roof really does need replacing?
We'll tell you, show you the photos that prove it, and hand you a referral to a licensed installer. We don't sell replacements and we don't take a cut for saying your roof is finished.
Do you work with insurance claims?
For storm and wind damage, yes. We document the damage with dated photographs and a written scope your adjuster can work from. We don't handle the claim for you and we don't inflate a scope to hit a deductible.
